This one is moving fast. The speed is putting some condo projects to shame.
Are they really going with mullion-free corners, or are we just seeing a cutaway? Anyhoo, the details are looking good on this one...

Well an office floor is just a big open space, very few concrete walls to pour so this should go up faster then a condo of it's side would.

^But they aren't onto the above ground floors yet. The excavation and construction of the below-grade portion of the building went very rapidly.
Remember its only half of the basement level that's done and the retaining wall on the south side was already completed when they built Simcoe Place. Ritz has the same advantage, hence how quickly they've dug that part of the hole.
