I'm thinking the Metro Place development is in fact by Kirkor Architects, rather than Page + Steeles

Meaning it's still a functioning airfield, at least. But it's not like they're testing planes at 7am or 7pm or even every day, so the community impact is quite negligible.

Took these pictures on July 23 and it seems that they've started construction for portion of phase 3 underground parking too.
