I have no problem with this development, from a city-building point of view it makes a great deal of sense, and it's nice to see something happening in that end of town, on a subway line that can afford some extra traffic. I hope this is just the beginning.

Its good to see the proposed buildings front right onto the two main roads, it will make the area look less barren, plus some residents will have great view of downsview and a distant view of downtown.

This area is actually starting to look pretty good. This is a fine addition to it.

This is great! There is so much vacant land around Downsview Station (not counting the airport lands) which should be developed into a high-density neighbourhood. This seems like a decent step in that direction.

I have one complaint, namely that rather inhospitable looking environment where the gaping maw of a garage entry sits at the bottom of Metropolis. Despite the presence of all of those micro-renderpeople in the third image, that area seems to have more designed to maximize the use of concrete, and it's less than inviting. Does it really need to be so large? It needs some some detail to humanize the space.

Overall, a B-, but an A for urbanizing this spot.
