Luxe 1 is about 16 floors up, with another 8 or so to go! Luxe 2 is on p2.

the north portion of luxe is now at grade level.

the south tower has added a couple more floors since the last update.

thanks for the update smuncky ... seeing that you're the one with the pics, is this your future home?

those spandrel / tinted glass panels are pretty dark ... which looks cool on the building, but I wonder if that affects the amount of light which will get into the units?

nope. i'm just in the area a lot since i go downtown a fair bit. this makes the transfer at finch a perfect oppourtunity to take some pics.

This Menkes project seems to be going up quickly.

If more trades are here and at the Four Seasons, that could explain why Lumiere seems to be crawling at a snails pace for all those concerned about its' status.
