Looks nice.
I think this is going in at 5795 Yonge, which should be the Tim Hortons just past Finch station. There's something being built there, so that might be the presentation centre.

I don't know, I think it looks better than some of the other crap that's getting built around the city.
There was a Midas over there that got closed down. There really isn't that much space to build over there...

^looks like glass to me
...especially the windows, which it mostly seems to be. Maybe the frame will be precast, but from that rendering, that could be glass too.
