A local resident and two businesses have appealed the city decision to the OMB which could cause a delay of 18 months.
Also, Costco likely to appeal the gas bar decision deferral.

If Heritage block Costco, even for 18 months, I bet my mother-in-law decrees that when she goes to her eternal reward that H are NOT getting the business.

Costco's cafe has the best fries. You may not think you'd find tasty food in a big box warehouse retailer's cafe with concrete floors, fluorescent lighting and tables and chairs fixed to the floor next to the busy and noisy cash registers, but they've perfected the art.

I live nearby and it's been like that for such a long time. Difficult to see if there's any real progress other than some dirt being moved around.

Stuff is definitely happening on the site. Drove by last week and new equipment has arrived and there were large piles of gravel that I haven't seen before. What's the deal with the gas station as of now? Are they proceeding with it right away or do they still have to do the traffic study?
