The OL station is well placed for bus transfers but it's almost the worst possible choice in the area for walk-ins. It was selected to facilitate cheapness, and probably to minimized NIMBY complaints.

Hearing a rumour that Costco might seek to acquire the Heritage funeral property in the near term, with a view to moving forward with a gas bar. How much stock to put in that, I'm not sure
