    Toronto Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts | 156.05m | 45s | Daniels | RAW Design

Two my of friends are from New Zealand. They live in Wellington currently. They told me that our towers are "prettier" than the ones being built in their hometown.

    Toronto 6 Nassau | 12.95m | 4s | Evertrust Development Group Canada | STAMP Architecture

It's only a matter of time before more developments start to transform this entire area. And it couldn't happen fast enough. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy and rundown.

I'm probably in the minority camp with this opinion, but I kinda of like how this recladding is looking. I've never thought the Simpson Tower was an attractive looking building. I always s thought it was drab.

    Toronto 330 Richmond | 93.57m | 27s | Greenpark | Core Architects

Not only is this a very bland looking building, but it's a loss opportunity on what could have been a striking looking tower.

    Toronto Hyatt Centric / The 203 Residences on Jarvis | 108.2m | 32s | Manga | Arcadis

Now, this is a building design that's bold and unconventional looking, but in a good way. I like....... ?

    Toronto 55C: 55 Charles Condos | 167m | 50s | MOD Developments | a—A

This does look like Iike YC's sibling, but appears better designed and has an overall more refined look to it.

Yeah, Tridel is hit or miss, and the new renderings just don't fill me with confidence. ?

Can't say that I'm excited for this project. The office tower looks cool, but the residential towers have really been dumbed down. And what's with the ugly mechanical boxes on top?

    Toronto TCHC Block 32 Development | ?m | 41s | TCHC | KPMB

Hands down this project is the best looking thing down by the waterfront as far as towers go and beats all of the Cityplace towers handily. Concord could have learned from this.

What's really going here is that Ford is another Harris and it's driving you guys nuts. So you justify tactics that are extremely sleazy to demonize Ford and now his entire family.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

You made an abusive comment. You responded with a "are you stupid" comment. That's basically calling someone stupid. You're trying to paint Ford and his entire family as trash first with the info that a former brother-in-law of Ford committed a horrific crime which Ford has nothing to do with...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

The actions of Ford's former brother-in-law have nothing to do with Ford. It was the act of one man who later after apparently being divorced from his Ford's sister killed someone. What's outrageous and creepy is your attempt to somehow pin this on Ford and his entire family. There is no excuse...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

This is an extremely offensive and repugnant statement to make. Alleging that because someone had married into Ford's family previously and then later murdered a woman now automatically means that Ford and his family are guilty of being criminals because of guilt by association. I'm disgusted...

If you build a LRT line only to then replace it with a subway line later if demand/use increases this to me seems a colossal waste and just plain idiocy. I also agree that if you build an LRT then you won't see subways in that area built. Ever....

    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Are you freaking kidding me?! Again, another attack on the poor. There is no justification for even trying to link poor people and this project to begin with. Getting real sick of this type attack on the poor by some on this board. If living in a city that has poor people really messes you up...

Get over yourself Thanos. Not all union jobs are the same or pay the same. And no one stopped/stopping you from for applying for a union job. Still plenty of those out there.

While I disagree with the racing to the bottom mentality that seems to drive so many, because it's really just envy/jealousy for some and for others it's a cover to make people poorer, I do question the validity of this base salary which seems grossly inflated. And people keep ignoring that...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

A base salary of 30-75k? Is this correct? I'm a union person but I don't make anywhere near this amount. My gross per year is about 25k less. Something about this doesn't seem right.

I'd say they were mostly unprepared and inexperienced prior to getting into power. And maybe they find themselves in over their heads as well.

Can someone show some proof that all/majority of the collectors are injured and thus why working as collectors? I've seen many able bodied booth collectors running back and forth between breaks at stations and they look pretty healthy to me. And I would know about injuries and modified work...
