Our top story in July covered a complicated crane removal operation at the Transit City Condos development in Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. In second place, a story covering a planned townhouse project at 3079 Pharmacy Avenue in Scarborough pulled in quite a bit of traffic, overtaking several stories highlighting taller and denser developments.

A relative newcomer captured the top spot for most popular project in July with 199 Church. The project celebrated a drive-in condo launch last month, generating plenty of interest in the project. In second place, The Well has held on to its position from last month, while June's top project The One has slipped to third place in July.

Some of Toronto's biggest and tallest projects top the list for most popular Forum threads in July, with CIBC SQUARE taking the top spot as photos pour in of the South Tower's crown glazing being installed. In second place, heated discussions in the thread for The One have once again kept the project's thread in the top 3, while quick construction progress at The Well kept that project's thread in third place for the month.
