As work presses on at The Well—now the largest construction site in Toronto—new details are emerging about one of the three Tridel-developed condominium buildings that will rise as part of the seven-building complex at Front and Spadina. The latest of these three phases to begin marketing is the Signature Series, a 14-storey Wallman Architects-designed boutique condominium building at the community's northwest corner along Wellington Street.

Located just north of the architectsAlliance-designed Classic I and Classic II Series buildings, the boutique building is offering just 98 generously-sized suites starting in price from $1.8 million. These include two-bedroom and two-bedroom+den units ranging from 1,106 ft² to 2,297 ft², as well as three-bedroom and three-bedroom+den units measuring from 1,869 ft² to 2,622 ft².

Even larger units are also on offer, like a Grand Penthouse unit listed for $5.5M, offering 3,259 ft² of living area and a massive outdoor terrace with views to the south, west, and north.

Most recently, Tridel has relocated their presentation centre for the project to 474 Wellington Street West, immediately north of the active construction site. This new sales centre is now open on weekdays from 11 AM to 7 PM, and weekends and holidays from noon to 5 PM.
