Set to be the first of many buildings to overtake the height of First Canadian Place—currently Canada's tallest building—construction at the site of The One is heating up as underground levels race back to grade level at the southwest corner of Yonge and Bloor. In second place, CIBC SQUARE remains one of our hottest threads as the office complex's south tower rises into the skyline.
