Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, Phantom Development's TeaGarden Condominiums is set to infuse the urbanizing Bayview and Sheppard area with a dose of quiet sophistication. Poised to rise to a height of 12 storeys, the boutique 111-unit development designed by Kirkor Architects Planners, will feature interiors appointed by Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc.

Alongside an extensive array of amenities, TeaGarden's suite interiors will be characterized by open layouts and luxurious finishes. Units will feature 9' and 10' ceilings, opening up the interiors to create a more spacious ambiance. Ranging in size from 484 ft² to 1,119 ft², TeaGarden's suites are larger than many of Toronto's new condos, featuring customizable high-end finishes to bring an elegant interior aesthetic to each suite.

Suites will feature pre-finished engineered hardwood floor throughout, as well as Energy Star stacked front loading washer-dryer and designer selected light fixtures in the foyer and kitchen. Customizable high-end bathroom fixtures and finishes also come standard, with a choice of 5-foot rectangular deep soaker tubs or 5-foot shower stalls, which are equipped with sleek, frameless glass doors.

Meanwhile, a choice of marble or porcelain tiles is available for floors, showers and tubs. Bathrooms will include fixtures including a vanity with single sink and the choice of marble or Caesarstone countertops, as well as dual flush low-flow toilets.

Kitchens will include glass mosaic backsplashes, and a choice of granite or Caesarstone countertops, as well as fully integrated dishwashers, and other high-end features (above). Our tour of TeaGarden's suite vignette gave us a preview of the modern kitchen space, which features stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave, flush stovetop, and oven. A central kitchen island provides a casual dining and food preparation area, as well as additional storage.

TeaGarden will also contain "Town Loft" units and Penthouse suites, on floors 1 and 11 respectively, which will boast features like ten-foot ceiling heights in principal rooms, 8-jet Jacuzzi tubs, extended upper kitchen cabinets, and frameless closet doors throughout the units.

Up on the 12th floor meanwhile, an inviting rooftop lounge will open up to panoramic views of the surrounding neighbourhood and the city beyond.
