The window curtains in the loft looks like my shower curtains.

Ditto on the rug, it depends how 'shag' the rug is.

I like how the loft portion steps up.... the proportion is nice.
I am not a fan of the "hat" on top of the tower tho. The knife shaped fin doesn't do anything for me.

...but what a racket at street-level on Wellesley! Tridel put an exhaust fan in arguably the worst location. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? It's a shame. It cheapens the building.

Thanks for pointing the camera at the street level, and not the sky. Nice pics....not a great streetscape (the concrete poles are ugly and the landscaping is pathetic).

I think the red panelling on the upper part of the floor-ceiling windows is permanent. I recall red being a prominent design theme for Verve at Tridel's sales office on Carlton/Yonge.

As much as the colour doesn't match the building itself, it is nice to have some colour on the street.

I dont think any of the red is permanent. It only became red when the sales office moved in, and will most likely go back to just normal glass and green cladding once the sales office moves back. Look behind the Tridel sign... there is still green glass back there.

Some shades of colour divergent from the neutral would be nice, but the clashing red might nonetheless be too bold.
