Your thoughts on The Verve?
Anybody have recent reviews of this condo? I'm starting to look at condos downtown and there's a pretty nice unit (at least according to the floorplan) available. However, I noticed its proximity to St. Jamestown. I was just wondering how the building and the neighbourhood was.
I also read about the open drug use by the pool posted on this thread. :/
