I'm very impressed at how quickly this has risen to ground level. I saw Karma being built and it was much much slower to reach ground level.

Another pet peeve of mine. Different is not an attribute unless it's actually good.

Personally, I don't see how this is such a difference from what's going up elsewhere in Toronto. It's a box with patterned balconies.

It is "different" than what's going up in the immediate area. It's no masterpiece so lets not be dramatic here.

This is not correct. The words "different" and "attribute" have no normative content. A thing is different from another if it is not the same in some way. An attribute is a particular quality or aspect of a thing.
