Amazing the amount of growth the area around College and Yonge has received in the last 10-15 years. And with a lot more coming.

This project is the last thing that stretch of Yonge Street needs. As if a 78-storey Graziani + Corazza eyesore wasn't enough already, now we're getting a 66-storey one just up the street. Blech.

The black and white colour block pattern is just plain awful. It's a building and not a Koothrappali sweater. Everyday I pray to the Grand Architect to cause a great flood here.
