I’m all for protecting heritage buildings but the shoppers drugmart building across the street needs to be redeveloped ASAP so that this building is blocked from the east. The mess that is the crown is just too much to handle lol

It's the odd overlap of the one white strip and two white strips on the balcony that gets me. I can see they are lining up with the balconies further down but that line doesn't carry visually and just ends up looking messy.
