Wow i was almost worried there wouldn't be enough spandrel on this monster but glad G+C delivered! I have to say the amenity (?) floor up top will have commanding views, unimpeded by mullions thanks to the curtain wall so at least they did that right.

This is so bad that I felt compelled to post after being inactive here for quite some time. It's honestly atrocious, embarrassingly atrocious. I look at the picture with College Park in the background and weep for what passes as architecture in modern day Toronto. The architects should be ashamed of themselves.
