All we need is Bo Derek emerging from that pool and a good picture would have become great! Aging myself with that comment, 😆 .
 
If that's true, it's the biggest bathtub I've ever seen, and larger than most pools I've visited.

While there was the tiniest bit of hyperbole in my statement..............

If you think a pool that size is worthwhile............you're entitled to your opinion; but I will beg to differ.

Pools, in my judgement require the ability to dive, at the very least, off a 1M diving board; they also require a length of at least 25M, (standard minimum for public pools); and
sufficient width that I can't touch both sides by standing in the middle or with a single push there from.

I live in a much older apartment complex, that also has, so far as I'm concerned, an inadequate sized pool; but its easily triple the size of the one on display.

A very large temporary crane is being constructed on Howard. I presume one or more of the tower cranes will be removed over the next couple days.
