this is one of the comments from their Backyard Neighborhoods forum. I think Vandyk has a reputation of being one of the slowest builders.
 
I recently checked the date I signed the purchase agreement and became disappointed at the pace of this project. If occupancy date is May 2023, that's 5years from signing. Gosh!!!

I know , depressing.. I pass the site 2 times a week and now it seems just moving dirt out .. Not even worth taking fotos as it the same as previous posted .. nothing change., really slow.,
 
Hello all, glad to see a forum going about this project. Terribly slow! I’ve been a buyer since Feb 2019. I’ve heard that this builder has not been approved a permit (by the City of Brampton)

I don’t know much about new builds and pre-con, but is this normal? To sell/start building without a permit?
 
Any source for that? I know they were asking the City of Brampton to delay paying some sort of fees, but I don’t see how they’re digging a parking garage without any permits? @Oceans13
