I agree 100% ... with both your points ... seriously UD, you don't see the charm / design quality of Bay and Charles ! Always been one of my favorite residential towers from the 80s / 90s

It's long been a favourite of mine too (in direct contrast to its companion to the west). I feel for the people with the double-height south-facing penthouses with dramatic views, or at least what were dramatic views. Not that views are forever…

Lobby glass has started to go in on the west tower, of which is topped out and should be now doing its mechanicals, unless of course it got that extra floor from the CoA.

Edit: They've cleared out the staging area for the west tower and are still using a small portion for rebar. They've been cleaning up the courtyard areas the past few days.
