As someone who has lived in the neighbourhood (and enjoyed it!), I hate to say it: this is where architecture goes to die. The majority of what is at or being built at Yonge and Eglinton is just dismal. Goes to show that aesthetics =/= livability

Kidding aside, I find this is no worse overall as a neighbourhood of buildings, than most other areas in Toronto.
