Interesting that the colour is black/dark, because most of the renderings show it as white. This is great. Love more of the darker buildings in the city. 357 King is also a nice colour as opposed the blue/green glass stuff.

It's always the thing with new buildings. That is, they always seem to block the things you don't want to have blocked and don't block the things you'd really like to be blocked. /sigh

You and me both, buddy. You and me both. Soon I won't even be able to see these, thanks to the Time & Space monolith.

Once Loblaws gets re-developed, my view of the lake will be completely gone, except maybe for a sliver here and there. When I moved into my place 8 years ago, I had a wide view of the water and could see Niagara Falls on a clear day. No more.

While I still hold out some hope for the towers drove by this one today and the podium is totally soul sucking. One of these days I'm going to post a photo on this site. I'm working up to it. I've got one of these I phones now but the screen is kind of small and still trying to figure things out.

Once all 5 of the buildings are built it might look a bit better, though I'm not sure if the podium will benefit from looking fuller as a result.

Unfortunately the same can't be said for that all-important lake view. They get to be the dominate features of the waterfront skyline for the rest of our lives... Grim

Wrong view. I am going to be able to see both Time & Space and Daniels, but mostly just T&S. cc46 will be able to see Time & Space in the distance, but no view of Daniels.

^Ah I got it twisted. Sorry it's tough to keep track of some of the trash builds that unfortunately sprout up around the area.
