Honestly this podium is looking better than Pinnacle one yonge, which is not what I expected at all. At least Menkes embraced the rectilinear design here, unlike Pinnacle trying to do "curved glass" with individual panels and cheap cladding.

I'm worried about the finished look of the balcony railings on the podium facing the highway. Which I think should have been finished in the black vertical punch in facade look. Like the east and west part of the facade. Making the podium look less busy !

I'm enjoying how the residential towers are plopped on these tall, stilt like columns. The colonnade effect adds further to how grand and commanding this complex is.

I believe those where concluded to be test runs. I guess their jury is still out as to whether those will still go up there.
