There is at least 4 potential height peaks. Oakville Uptown, Midtown Oakville (around the GO Station), Downtown Oakville + Kerr village, and Bronte Village.

Though it remains to be seen how tall Oakville will allow some of those areas.

With Oakville getting built-up, it would be interesting if Oakville becomes incorporated as a city in the next few years.

Oakville is extremely NIMBY - they have some height permissions in midtown and uptown but otherwise are very strict on it.

uptown Oakville seems to be the latest condo hotspot in the GTA though, so that area will likely explode in the coming years. It’s mostly midrises so far though.

25 stories here in downtown isn't really much to even shrug at. Out there with nothing really around it, as demonstrated by the pics here, you can see it for seemingly for miles and a kilometre. Goodness...
