Toronto Nautilus Condos | ?m | 39s | Biddington | Graziani + Corazza

It really depends on what you are looking for. Waterscapes will probably have better views depending on the floor/exposure in Nautilus, but you will have to wait longer for it to be built and potentially pay more for it. If you want to move in sooner, Nautilus would be a better bet, if you are looking for a view it may be worth the wait for Waterscapes.

if you looking for view I would buy in Navigator high floor or any floor of Explorer (earlier Monarch phases)

the Humber Bay Shores Masterplan gives you some building / views context - http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2008/ey/bgrd/backgroundfile-10426.pdf

some images from the Masterplan ... Nautilus would be the yellow coloured building in the centre

Interesting diagram of the master plan of Humber Bay. It omits the Hearthstone building which is under construction, for some reason, but otherwise accurately reflects the diverse massings of the buildings there.

Thanks for sharing that.

Thanks for the useful diagram/info. Solaris!
Noticed a lack of commercial development in the area. What's do you think are the reasons?
Do you think this will change in the future development of this area?
(In my opinion this area has great potential)

The Hearthstone is there in yellow, it isn't in the 3d renderings though.

short article in today's Daily Commercial News, which was accompanied by a photo showing them excavating....there appears to be some controversy whether it is 37 or 39 storeys....
