Tridel doesn't usually sit around on their projects. They seem to get things going really quickly.

Wallman sounds like a nervous undergrad trying to describe his first major studio to a tough jury in that video.

I agree he's not relaxed, but it struck me more that it was a jury of condo buyers than peers though: the interview doesn't get very technical. Maybe Wallman's just not used to have a video camera stuck in his face.
