Toronto London On The Esplanade Condos | 102.1m | 33s | Cityzen | Burka

Wow ... and where exactly is the L tower going?

Now this is an amazing angle. Great pictures, Greg.
How high up were you for these shots?
(left you a private message)

Looks like they were taken from the roof patio of 25 The Esplanade. I owned a condo there for about 5 years, the view of downtown from the roof was incredible.

What is the final height on these two? I couldn't find them on the 400 list indicating that they are either missing or under that height.

Anyone know?

According to UrbanDB they will be 108 and 57 metres each. So yeah, that puts the taller one at a bit under 400 feet. 360 by my rough calculations.

Not to stray off-topic, but I was wondering how old that Novotel building is (the tall Flatiron type building). I believe the tower was built in the 80s...not sure if the base was too though.

both the hotel and the condo were built at the same time...around 1990 i believe...

It's a condominium (25 The Esplanade). The Novotel is in a seven storey midrise next door
