Flew over it on Monday but haven't posted pics yet. I noticed that there was no equipment on site and and hope we are not going to be in another Valhalla situation.

I always follow this thread (and have seen the glorious renderings since 2018), but I no longer have any idea what is actually going to happen here ... and when.
In the news today Doug Ford promised "an aggressive plan" to build rentals and affordable housing on every vacant piece of land ... even those sites the size of "a postage stamp"

Given OPG owns this massive 177 acre postage stamp, maybe Dougie should give Greenpark a hard tap on the shoulder (up to 20,000 residents if I recall).

July 30th.
Something has footings at the east end near the new soccer field. I don't know if it is a clubhouse/change room type facility but it is the only construction right now. The site is pretty dormant.
