There are about the equivalent of five more storeys of space in the peak above the top residential floor for the mechanical units. We don't count the mechanical penthouses in our thread titles.

Awesome thanks. They'll reach 50 floors this week, so 8 more floors after that and then 5 of electrical. They should be done with the main structure in a little over 3 months by my estimation.
