It certainly looks better but I assume this is a 'one off' and they will finally get the "machine' working and use it in future. I assume (and hope) that the condo corporation is not paying what must be huge cost for this.

If the condo corp did have to pay, expect maintenance fees to go way up!

Oh yes. The maintenance fee per sq ft is much higher than other downtown condo buildings. Condo mgmt is aware of the concerns raised by the owners.
