That's what the Canadian Infrastructure Bank was supposed to do...Guess that means if you want your mutual fund, pension fund, or registered savings fund to invest in them, you need to go their annual meetings and bring it up at "question period".
Just tear them down. Let the government know that Hamilton wants the infrastructure investment.
