I can comprehend Kant easily and I have no idea what UrbanShocker was trying to convey.

Are you sure that your reading of Kant is correct?

Frankly, I'd love to duplicate this tower and put the copy right where Trump presently stands. It would be a nice addition to the downtown skyline as well.

Four Seasons looks so beast from the TD Centre, combined with Burano, the north skyline will be further impressive by the end of the year!

All photos by me!

With all that haze among the buildings and the green shoots from spring the city looks slightly southeast asian in these pics. Except that's not smog -- it's vapor from this annoying "wet season" we've been having. Can't wait till we get some consistent sunshine and colour back in the city.

The penthouse residence occupies the top floor of the 55-storey West Residence building, and encompasses 9,038 sq. ft. of living space. The suite, with panoramic views of Toronto’s towering skyline, features 12 ft. ceilings, a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling glass galleria and four expansive corner terraces. i pose the question: why is THIS particular penthouse, so much more expensive than the other major players in toronto: Ritz, shangri-la, aura, trump. it's not the biggest (which doesn't mean better, but it's certainly something),
does this location really mean that much more (i understand the finishes/amenities might add more as well).

Tell them you heard it here at Urban Toronto first!
The most expensive condo suite in Toronto history has now been sold by Lifetime at the Four Seasons for $28M. Yes, $28M
Toronto is truly world class!

On March 12th, I reported the above and was discredited by UrbanToronto itself a few days later as the members were told that this information was not true. Now, more than two months later, UrbanToronto takes the credit and writes that "UrbanToronto had reported on this sale some time ago". Even some additional posts on this subject were deleted by Urban Toronto. Not cool.

The location of the Four Seasons is the best out of all the new 5-star hotel/condo developments, but there's more reasons why the PH sold at such a high premium.
The Four Seasons has the highest hotel brand reputation and recognition worldwide.
The Ritz and Trump are nice but is not as polished and sophisticated to the same level as the Four Seasons. Shangri-La is more contemporary and progressive and probably wouldn't appeal as much to older money types.
I wouldn't even associate Aura with this group. There's no hotel associated with it, the location is okay, the finishes are not on the level of the others, and there is a ton of average small condo units in the same building and sharing the same amenities.

Wow- somebody has a bit of coin. I wonder if this, for a NA city, is the most expensive condo outside of NYC? I imagine LA, Chicago and Miami must have some that are around that figure.

You are absolutely right. We listened to the PR firm rather than you. Apologies. 400WellingtonGuy reported this first and in the end his information was correct.
