To clarify, what you see as the second floor on the front of the building is actually the third floor. Because of the grade, there is a small row of units on the back that is technically the second floor. You can see this on the architectural plans.
As well, the rendering for marketing does not reflect the final design that was approved.

Johnnys post reminded me that I also took some photos on the 20th! It looks like they have started on the side exterior panels and have 2 floors drywalled or are in the process of drywalling.

This building is shaping up to be quite strong altogether. Apart from the neatly textured precast, the quality of material cladding on the top section looks to be well done too.

I don’t think they are doing it that way. I think it’s by floor anyway. Meaning I could see people in lower floors getting in before us since we are on the 9th floor. There still is one unit left on 9th floor - which surprised me.
