Most of the trades have signed deals, but I'm not sure if all of them have yet. We'll go after more info! Sites are active again, though.

Would love more info. I see other condos busy ie framing etc. however, I don’t see any activity for 840 - which is at the inside tile, flooring and cabinetry stage.

I had actually called Liuna183 to see if i could get any sort of update a while ago and they had told me they believed the only trades left were ICI and Tiling. Their website just updated this week that ICI has signed a new deal but nothing on tile yet.

According to Worsley - they are still using the strike as a delay tactic. Let us know if there is anyway to force an update from the developer?

The window wall is a little dour, but I do love that precast cladding. I've gotta wonder if the U of T Medical Sciences Building was an inspiration to a degree, very similar motif.

Indeed, the subtle but noticeable precast cladding does create an extra layer of texturing and visual interest. The Cardiff condo up on Eglinton, between Mount Pleasant and Bayview also designed by RAW Design, has a similar concept going on. Albeit horizontal instead of vertically arranged:

Last week. Appears to be up to the 4th or 5th floor if I counted correctly. Does anyone actually think it will be ready in September? No way....they hardly even have a bit of plumbing in this thing let alone a chance to have sone units ready in six months. I think it's at 5 floors now.

If only they had continued with the precast cladding on street level and to the top of the building this would have looked quite nice, especially with the limited spandrel on the floors with the precast.

Yes, and unfortunately, INS already had their glass door smashed ( you can see the temporary wood in the doorway) - apparently a car drove into it in the middle of the night and the 'perps' took what they could get.
