There is a lot of crap work done at 1 Bloor St E that leaves one shaking their heads. Imagine working in the lobby with 8 degrees of temperature during the winter! I hope GG has learned from their mistakes.

Wowser these folks are fast. All that formwork and rebar work on top of a new floor poured just yesterday.
Low hanging fruit joke: need to get them to start taking working lunches a block south.

I think it's a perfectly acceptable filler building. Granted, something better could have been expected in this area.
