I prefer it without the bridge. If people really didn't want to go outside to cross the street they could have gone underground.

That underground connection is one of the biggest bottlenecks of the entire PATH system. It wouldnt be the best idea to add thousands of more people to crossover from down there.

As they have just installed a new bridge there is no risk that people will all be herded through the tunnel.

In the database renderings it looks like there is some kind of fritted pattern on the glass. Is that not happening, or will it be added later?

Those are tracks for LEDs! The entire bottom of the bridge is going to light up through that frosted glass! Cool!

Will there really be 'mirrored asphalt' on the road or was this only for the model so people could see the underside? Great though it sounds it sound impractical in real life.
