And I realize there may be some nice interior spaces for new homes...... But this is surely the worst pile of crap in the last 10 years. I applaud well-executed average (even quasi-mediocre) towers. I'm a design and density fanboy. But this makes Cityplace look great. Why couldn't this haven't been built miles/kilometers from downtown. P.S. will shut up now about this multi-clad creature. Promise.
