Apparently this building is just the worst to live in. Even worse than ICE Condos.


and when searching for this thread on Google, I came across this reddit thread that has even more complaints from a resident.

My sister and her husband stayed there for a month when it was practically brand new. I guess it wasn't so bad then - their main issue was the overcrowded lobby and long wait for elevators, and I think you have to transfer to a second set of elevators (5th floor?) to get to your unit.

“During some of the coldest weather of the season this month, DSG residents are allegedly dealing with rolling heat outages and other HVAC issues, with some telling CityNews last week that they're relying on space heaters and even ovens for warmth while their furnaces have been in and out of service.

This is on top of problems with the hot water, fixtures, fire alarms, security and more that tenants have long been complaining about despite the building only being around for about five years.

A few have jumped onto platforms like Reddit to criticize Dundas Square, its developer and management.“
