Watching this go up is reminiscent of watching Noir Condos/ Peter condos rise in its initial stages. In the latter, the podium pointed at great potential for the rest, which obviously never manifested in the tower itself. Hopefully the outcome here is better. The use of curtain wall is a good sign.
