I'm digging the girth. It's heaviness and scale anchors the corner.

Cladding looks really nice. Podium looking sharp as well. Very easy on the eyes.

That's odd to see the ground level closed in and finished so quickly. I wonder if that's a security measure for the neighbourhood (easier to control site access if the ground floor is less permeable), or if they're intending to reopen the Dundas frontage before construction wraps on the tower
