It's like a mini version of the JPMC building going up in NYC with those diagonal supports.
To be sure there's definitely some similar elements at play,

But it's true doppelganger(and likely inspiration) is most certainly 150 North Riverside in Chicago;

It's been over two years since excavation started here and we're just now getting above the lower levels. A testament to just how complex this building's construction has been so far.

I hoping like a lot of the other buildings, once the bottom part is done the pace really picks up.
