It's like a mini version of the JPMC building going up in NYC with those diagonal supports.

The base of this tower reminds me of 150 North Riverside in Chicago. In particular, the V-shape of the beams carrying the weight of the tower above into the core.

I recall phase one rising very fast when it passed the lower levels and I'm sure it will be the same for this one as well.
