The base of this tower reminds me of 150 North Riverside in Chicago. In particular, the V-shape of the beams carrying the weight of the tower above into the core.It's like a mini version of the JPMC building going up in NYC with those diagonal supports.

It's been over two years since excavation started here and we're just now getting above the lower levels. A testament to just how complex this building's construction has been so far.

I recall phase one rising very fast when it passed the lower levels and I'm sure it will be the same for this one as well.I hoping like a lot of the other buildings, once bottom part is done the pace really picks up.
