When this second tower is finished, it's going to have such an impact on that already impressive area of Bay and Front. I was driving along Front last night, and as nice as the first tower is, it doesn't pack quite the punch it should because its a bit on it's own off to the south. This north will tower hover right over the intersection giving such a more imposing and dense feel that I love so much.

Spent some time at the elevated park this past weekend.

Super quiet and beautifully landscaped, albeit a bit small for now. Can't wait for the second phase to extend this park all the way to the other side of the rail tracks. But already, with that muffled noise of the streets below you, I felt a real NYC High Line vibe to the space!

CIBC Square in reflection. Interesting to see in this reflected angle with both Tower 1 and the space that Tower 2 currently under construction will rise into. We'll be able to see the full complex here in the future!
