I hoping like a lot of the other buildings, once bottom part is done the pace really picks up.

I recall phase one rising very fast when it passed the lower levels and I'm sure it will be the same for this one as well.

That is the case with virtually all buildings. Once they get to the 'standard floors' and can re-use the form work it moves much faster.

Indeed, but from what I recall phase 1 went particularly fast once it was actually moving.. like steel framing going up at a pace of a floor every 4-5 days.

That seemed to be case with 160 Front as well, but I don't know to much about steel framing so maybe it was just as DSC said and it was the fact they were re-using the forms.

looking back through the thread, regular tower floors began steel framing around February of 2019, and by February of 2020 the building had topped off, for comparison.

If they start regular floors here in say, July, they will likely be basically topped off by next summer.
