The northernmost elevators go all the way up to Level 31.
There won't be a step until the 23rd floor.

What is this development?
Replying to myself!I suspect they may move it in before the offices are finished but I guess we will see. The sooner the GO folks move over the sooner the CIBC folks can start Tower 2.

I could be wrong but I believe those 4 elevators will not be poured as part of the core that's currently being formed.
Can someone circle the elevators ...as all i see its restrooms and stairs...thank you..The floor plans would disagree with you:

There's a bank of elevators at the far north of the core that's there to service floors 1-7. Then the bank of elevators at the far south end serves floors 8-20. So we're going to see steps in around floors 7 and 20 (give or take, after allowing for elevator overruns). Then there are additional steps in around floors 30 and 40.
Well, they hope to move the GO in in March 2020 and the latest dates reported for 'completion' of Union were given in March 2018 when it was reported (See" http://app.toronto.ca/tmmis/viewAgendaItemHistory.do?item=2018.GM29.22 ) :The way this project is flying ahead, I'm starting to wonder if the new GO bus terminal will open before the Union Station renos are complete?
"The project remains within the current approved budget of $823.9 million and is scheduled for substantial completion in the first quarter 2019." Now we are told it is '9-month behind' schedule and nothing is happening so that will get longer so you may well be right!
