I thought Casa only had 46 floors....

According to the latest disclosure statement that was just sent last week there are 46 floors...the 46th being the 4 unit penthouse floor with the walk up terraces. I guess the terraces would be 47 although I'm certain the elevators wouldn't take you there. Perhaps they skipped the 13th floor?

I'm working on the 47th floor where the terraces and control rooms are located. We get up there by the hoist. I will take pictures for you guys today.
