LOL, you're not going to get much work on -20C days. It's probably not safe either. There's a reason why you don't see much progress on buildings during the winter months...especially if they're at this stage.

It's really too bad that there's no indoor or outdoor swimming pool within the suite. Minto managed to incorporate some lap pools with their units up at St. Thomas (by Yorkville & Winsor Arms Hotel).
