Was walking west on Gerrard today, just past Parliment, I look up, and DAMN, it looks huge! From that completely unobstructed point of view, it totally dominates the skyline, makes the other Collage Park towers look like low rises, very impressive! (And wouldn't you know it, my battery died on my cell, so no photo, sorry).

Looks like columns for level 73 are under way. Congrats Toronto, on your first building of more than 72 storeys, a mark that held for almost 40 years!

With respect to building the residential floors, I'd say yes, but with respect to the mechanical levels and the crown, that could take longer.
