From the pic, it looks like some of the food court restaurants have opened. Is that the case here? (or are they just being renovated to open)
I'm not sure what's worse, the indoor mall or the condition of Yonge Street. The inside of the building may be pedestrian unfriendly but no more so than the street it's on.

I would imagine steel will be what they will use for the top of the mechanicals/ the pinnacle of the tower.
